David is a mission driven leader, whose passion and work ethic is contagious. He has a unique ability to build rapport with boards, leaders and teams. He brings together stakeholders in a common purpose and plan resulting in performance breakthroughs. He transfers his leadership skills to his clients so they can sustain the business results.

David lives in Northwestern Connecticut. He is married to Roberta. They are raising three sons and two daughters and enjoy family adventures throughout the world. David is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. He loves snowboarding, scubadiving, and races sailboats competitively. David has a degree in theology. He has created several community activities promoting dialog in politics, philosophy and the arts.
